Matthew E. Schlarb was named Vice President – Investor Relations & Sustainability in July 2024. In this role, Matt oversees investor relations and RPM’s Building a Better World sustainability initiative. Since joining RPM, Matt has successfully integrated governance and rating agencies into the company's investor communications, ensuring transparency and fostering trust among stakeholders. His efforts extend across RPM and involve engaging with external partners for the Building a Better World initiative.

Prior to joining RPM in 2022, Matt served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Lottery.com Inc. Prior to that, he was the Head of Investor Relations at Covia Holdings Corp and its predecessor Fairmount Santrol and held significant roles in investor relations at Mettler Toledo. Matt also has experience leading sustainability programs for organizations with international operations. Matt holds bachelor’s degrees in finance, accounting and French from Indiana University.
