Michael J. Laroche was elected vice president, controller and chief accounting officer in July 2021. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company’s capital market activities and serving as its principal accounting officer.

Michael joined RPM’s Specialty Products Group in 2016 as controller and was promoted to vice president and controller before rising to the position of chief financial officer. Before joining the company, he was a senior manager at PwC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. Michael is also a certified public accountant.
