Timothy R. Kinser was elected vice president of operations in October 2021. He leads RPM’s manufacturing, supply chain and environmental, health and safety functions across all RPM business segments. In this role, he is primarily focused on identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies, reduce operating costs and track progress against established performance metrics. In addition, he plays a key role in RPM’s annual planning process and oversees its global sourcing teams.

Timothy most recently held the title of vice president of procurement since June 2018. He previously served as the executive vice president of operations at DAP Products Inc., an RPM operating company, where he was instrumental in improving critical areas of safety, quality, service and cost. Prior to joining DAP in 2007, he was executive director of manufacturing at a leading North American roofing manufacturer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Akron.
