This program utilizes a series of checks to vet suppliers based on risk factors, including human rights, violations of law, governmental associations, product stewardship, environmental compliance, sustainability, corporate responsibility and other compliance risks.

We engage with suppliers to increase awareness of our Supplier Code of Conduct, and suppliers that meet specific risk criteria are required to confirm intent to comply with the Code. New suppliers are onboarded using a common program executed in cooperation with the center-led Procurement Strategic Sourcing Directors and Legal and Compliance teams.
